Best Homemade Turkey Burger Recipe
We all have cravings of burgers on weekly basis, there is no doubt regarding this. But, we all realize that maybe we should not indulge on those cravings. Enter the turkey burger. This easy recipe hits all of the key points & satisfies cravings without guilt of red-meat. It is one of our favorite ways to use ground-turkey & it is a great option for a weekend, but we still have this Delish burger recipe to help with your cheat days.
Ingredients
- Large egg - 1 (beaten)
- Ground turkey - 1 lb.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Freshly chopped parsley - 2 Tablespoon
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Lettuce
- Kosher salt
- Hamburger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Sliced tomatoes
Preparation:
Step 1:
In large bowl, mix together turkey, garlic, egg, parsley, & Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt & pepper. Form mixture into four flat patties.
Step 2:
In medium skillet over medium-heat, heat oil. Add patties & cook till golden & cooked through, 5 mins per side. Serve on bun with desired toppings.
