Best Kheer Recipe
It's basically a milk dessert, which has other ingrediants too, sweetener and flavouring added to it. The most classic version of this dessert is the rich Rice Kheer, where you slow cook rice grains, whole milk and sugar to perfection.
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 1 Tin
- Fresh Milk - 2 Liter
- Qalaqand - 1 Cup
- Green Cadman - 8
- Rice - ½ Cup
- Sugar - ½ Cup
- Almonds/Pistachio Nuts to taste
Preparation:
Step 1:
Wash the rice then leave for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
In a pan, add milk and cook it untill it gets thick.
Step 3:
Add wet sugar, green Cadman & rice and cook it as well and stir the spoon.
Step 4:
When all the things are merged well, then close the stove.
Step 5:
Cool down for 15 minutes then add condensed milk.
Step 6:
Mix it with Pistachio Nuts and Almonds then dish out it in pottery & Freeze it.
Step 7:
Add crushed Qalaqand on it.
Step 8:
Lastly, decorate it with Pistachio Nuts / Almonds, Silver leaf & serve it.
