Best Homemade Tortillas Recipe
The home-made tortillas are so tender & chewy, you will never use store bought again after learning how to make these tortillas.
Ingredients
- Water - 3/4 Cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 Cups
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Olive oil - 3 Tablespoons

Preparation:
Step 1:
In large bowl, Mix flour & salt. Stir oil & water. Turn onto floured surface, knead 10 to 12 times, adding little flour or water, if needed to achieve a smooth dough. Let rest for 10 mins.
Step 2:
Divide dough into 8-portions. On lightly-floured surface, roll each portion into 7-inch circle.
Step 3:
In greased cast iron or other heavy-skillet, cook tortillas over medium-heat till lightly browned, about 1 min on each side. Serve warm.
