The Pimm’s Classic Cocktail is a British icon — a refreshing mix of Pimm’s No.1 liqueur, lemonade, and fresh fruits like orange, strawberry, and cucumber. Traditionally served in a jug or tall glass, it’s perfect for summer brunches, picnics, or garden parties.
Ingredients

200 ml Pimm’s No.1

600 ml lemonade (chilled)

Ice cubes

Fresh fruits:

½ orange (sliced)
-
½ lemon (sliced)
-
4–5 strawberries (halved)

¼ cucumber (sliced)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:

Fill a jug or glass with ice:
Add plenty of ice cubes to keep the drink cool and refreshing. -
Add fruits and mint:
Add orange, lemon, strawberries, cucumber slices, and mint leaves. -
Pour in Pimm’s and lemonade:
Mix 1 part Pimm’s No.1 with 3 parts chilled lemonade. -
Stir gently:
Give it a light stir to combine the flavors. -
Serve immediately:
Pour into tall glasses and enjoy your classic Pimm’s Cocktail!
🍽️ Serving Tip:
Add a dash of ginger ale or sparkling water for extra fizz. Serve with a straw and a fresh mint sprig on top!

एक जग या बड़े गिलास में बर्फ डालें।

उसमें सभी फल और पुदीने की पत्तियाँ डालें।

अब उसमें Pimm’s No.1 और लेमोनेड डालें।

धीरे-धीरे मिलाएँ ताकि सभी स्वाद आपस में घुल जाएँ।

ठंडा-ठंडा परोसें और आनंद लें।
🍋 सर्विंग टिप:
थोड़ा जिंजर एले या सोडा वाटर डालने से इसका स्वाद और भी ताज़गीभरा लगता है।
